(1688, England – 1749, VA), (Represented),  m. Judith Jordon,  (1692, ?? – c ??, ??),  Date and place of marriage unknown.  At least one child, perhaps more. It would be rather unusual for there to be only one child in a household in the early 18th century.  Records are confused, too many Josephs’ floating around. This appears to be an immigrant line, though proof certain is missing. Only one researcher claims this with the parents being John Parkes & Hanah Atwood.  In general evidence is very thin.
